If you are using KashFlow to interact with data and specifically Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error: “Stop running this script?” Internet Explorer is running slowly due to a script on this page. It may cause your computer to become unresponsive if it continues to run.”
If you receive this issue, the first thing you should do is log into KashFlow using a different browser, such as Firefox or Google Chrome. If the problem persists, start a new browser session in Internet Explorer. You should see ‘tools’ in the top right corner; click it and scroll down to ‘Internet Options.’ Click the ‘advanced’ tab in the top right corner of this window. The ‘Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)’ option will appear; check the box to enable it.
Just under that, you can view the option “Display a notification about every script error.” Click to clear that and then press “OK.” Restart the browser and log in to the system to sort the problem.
